All members of SubmissionToolsHub.com are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions before signing up. Proceeding with the sign up process means you agree to the following terms of service.

We can make no guarantees to our members about ranking as that is totally up to the search engines. We have no control over where or how member's sites may be ranked.

We monitor our member areas. If any member is caught sharing their login information, the account will be canceled (without refund) and we will take full legal action against the guilty parties.

SubmissionToolsHub.com will not be held responsible for illegal use in any manner of our service by members. This includes, but is not limited to any spam complaints, etc.

Our submission service uses new methods to ensure members are not breaking any rules but in the event this is bypassed we will not be held responsible.

All members agree to utilize the services of SubmissionToolsHub.com at their own risk. Although we will make a more than reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services. This is due to the fact that we are not in complete control of every aspect of the services provided.

Refunds will not be given for server and website downtime unless the site has been down for longer than one week. At this point refunds will be prorated to reflect the actual downtime.

Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from our service and having their account frozen.

You agree to defend and hold SubmissionToolsHub.com harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights; including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights.
